Similarities and differences between US Education and Ecuadorian Education.

Hello friends from all over the world, welcome once again to my blog page Anderson, this time we are going to talk about the similarities and differences between the education of the United States and the Ecuadorian education itself that will be reflected from my point of view.

Similarities

 Are both state and depend on the area, their quality, they offer an education, they are mostly directed by the government and they are public, they impart knowledge to students with the aim of generating a society with values.

Differences

United States education system

Their education is mainly divided into preschool from Head Start from 3 to 4 years old to kindergarten to 6 years old, primary from first grade, that is, 6 to 7 years old to sixth grade from 11 to 12 years old, secondary school begins in seventh grade of 12 to 13 years of age and ends in 12th grade from 17 to 18 years of age the university begins in undergraduate from 18 to 22 years and ends with adult education the age varies to the same as personal training is also added and postgraduate university education.

Early childhood education is compulsory. The school term in the United States lasts twelve years. The first year in kindergarten is not compulsory. This is followed by six years of primary (1st-6th) and another six years of secondary (7th-12th). American schools start the course in September after the summer break (July-August). A school year lasts two semesters: the first, from September to December; and the second, from January to June. Young people attend public schools, which are free from primary to secondary. Secondary students have four or five subjects and their study periods are one or two hours.

Schools offer extracurricular activities such as being in a music band, in an orchestra or choir, in clubs, dances, assemblies, in plays, and sports. After they finish high school, whose graduation is in the month of June, being graduates, they go to high school, that is, the university, whether small or large, in their own state or in another. Usually, this last stage is not free, they have to pay for a university degree, but there are scholarships for good students and many university students solve it by looking for some part-time job to pay for their university studies.

Ecuador's education system

The education in my country Ecuador is regulated by the Ministry of Education and is divided into public or fiscal, fiscal, municipal, and private or private education; lay or religious; Hispanic or intercultural bilingual.

The activity schedules have two seasons: Costa and Sierra-Amazonia.

The educational system of my country according to the educational division system are the following levels: initial education basic general education and high school which includes initial education until kindergarten 5-6 years of age basic general education begins from first grade tenth grade up to 13 -14 years old, high school comprises three levels; first of high school in ages between 15 and 16 years, second of high school between ages of 16 and 17 years and third of high school and final education between 17 and 18 years of age of young people, once this has elapsed they enter the universities of 18 years forward.

In my opinion, education is a faculty and a right that every human being must acquire within life, for which we must prepare ourselves and there must be entities and governments that support that being of the nationality that is either Ecuadorian, Venezuelan or Canadian. , American, Russian, Chinese, etc. we have to learn to value the type of Education that is had in each of its states does not depend on the school or educational institution for our preparation if it does not depend on our desire and our fight for day by day to learn and get to be someone in life someone full of success and a lot of knowledge in my choice I would say that the United States has a much more rigorous study method next to Japan they are world powers and obviously it is also reflected in the quality of your study but I also value more the type of study that occurs in my country of Ecuador however I would like to study in the United States you and learn the methodologies and knowledge that are applied in that country as long as taking into account that the student makes the educational institution and not the educational institution the student always demonstrate our abilities and skills in any of the educational territories that we are and learn to value our knowledge that will lead us to success,
